Thank you for your interest in becoming a Progressive Balloons retailer! We offer wholesale pricing to qualified retailers. Please review the steps below to set up a business account.
- Complete the Wholesale Account Registration form.
- Submit a copy of ONE of the following: 1) EIN Certificate 2) IRS Tax ID Verification Letter or 3) State Resale Certificate; to Customer Service or fax 1-800-843-0518.
- Account requests made during business hours will be activated when we receive your Tax Certificate. Requests made after business hours; if submitted with a Tax Certificate, are activated the following business morning. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Central Time (M-F).
- You will receive an email confirmation when your account has been approved.
- Once your wholesale account is activated, Sign In with your username and password using the "Sign In" text link above the top navigation bar or the"Sign In for Pricing" text link on each item page.
- For MO Customers Only - Sales tax will be applied on orders shipped in the state of Missouri. To process an order without sales tax we require ONE of the following documents: Exemption From Missouri Sales And Use Tax Certificate or a completed Missouri Sales/Use Tax Exemption Form (Form 149)
Please Note:
First-time orders require a minimum purchase of $100.00 (before shipping and tax).
For returning customers, a minimum order of $50.00 (before shipping and tax) is required. Orders under $50.00 are subject to a $5.00
processing fee. The fee will be added to the total shipping costs.
